Child Support Rulings Worry Advocates

August 20, 2004 - Concerned about a ruling's influence on the hot-button issue of what some call paternity fraud, Los Angeles County's child support agency is asking the California Supreme Court to depublish an appellate opinion that freed a man from child support obligations.
